The infrastructure of the Institute Site offers essential services as well as
many advantages within this unique industrial manufacturing park:

Electric Power is supplied on site with additional power from American
Electric Power. The site has two independent power feeds, both 13,200V. Rates
are 25-30% below national average.

Steam-- 1MM lbs. per hour at 400, 200, 75 psig. Over $6MM capital
improvements in the last ten years.

Alternate Heating Medium-- Dowtherm is used in several of the site's
chemical processes. There is up to 40,000,000 BTU per hour furnace capability
available.

Natural Gas-- An 11 inch 180 psig cross-country line services the site.

Water Supplies-- Process water is available from 2 on-site water
treatment plants and a 20 inch supply from W.Va. American Water Co. provides
city water.

Process & Cooling Water-- The Kanawha River is the source of cooling
and process water.

Compressed Air-- New high-efficiency rotary compressors installed in
1996 provide dry, oil-free compressed air.

Breathing Air-- A special oil-free, filtered and purified breathing air
system extends throughout the site for use in maintenance and emergency
situations.
