exporters in America according to the U.S. Department of Commerce. The
extensive waterway, railway and highway systems make cargo delivery easy--home
to the second largest port on the Ohio River watershed.

Barge- There are 3 U.S. Coast Guard certified barge docks on the Kanawha
River. The Kanawha River enters the Ohio River in Point Pleasant, West
Virginia. The Great Lakes and the Gulf of Mexico are easily accessible.

Rail Service- Rail service is supplied by Consolidated Rail. The site
has a new state-of-the-art weighing scales and a new storage marshaling yard.
There are 14 miles of track within the plant boundaries with storage capacity
for over 300 tank cars.

Storage- There are available unused storage tanks, as well as on-site
and off-site terminals, warehouses and drumming facilities.

Truck Service- There are three truck scales at the site. Major
truck terminals and interstate systems are within 5 miles of the site.
