    The business, property, and affairs of the Chemical Alliance Zone, Inc., is exercised by the board of directors.

    The Executive Committee is comprised of the officers of the corporation. These officers are the president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.  Additional members may  be appointed as deemed necessary.  The executive director handles the day-to-day operations of the Chemical Alliance Zone, Inc.  An office manager provides support to the executive director and oversees the daily administrative needs.
