The Chemical Alliance Zone is situated in a strategically centralized part of the eastern United States, perfect for chemical expansions. With its excellent infrastructure and proximity to major markets, it is an ideal location for industrial development. There are 18 major metropolitan areas within 500 miles of the CAZ. 

The zone has available infrastructure, transportation networks and suppliers to support the chemical industry. Many of the chemical plants in the zone have available infrastructure (water plants, sewage systems, waste water systems, chemical units) to support new companies desiring to reduce their operating costs.
